Reorientation in HEC careers[Research paper] by Pauline Séguy


The author was part of the “Alternative Management” third year program in HEC in 2010.

HEC is the number one business school in Europe, training the elite of the business world. However, the job opportunities and careers highlighted by the school do not seem to reflect the diversity found in the careers of HEC alumni. We intend to study the professional reorientations of the alumni that we interviewed.
