Domitille de la Morinerie graduated from the ESCP in 2011 and was part of the "Alternative Management" third year program in HEC. She also holds a Master's degree from the University of La Sorbonne, in urban and territorial planning. She is very interested in the current urban stakes and issues and in the economic development of territories.

Altai Consulting started its operation in 2003 in Afghanistan. Today the company completes research and consulting assignments in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Iraq and Palestine. The firm aims at stimulating the development of post-conflict countries, attracting investments and boosting development of local firms.
