The authors are part of the "Alternative Management" third year speciailzation program in HEC Paris.

With around 12,000 employees and 350 structures, Groupe SOS is one of the largest social enterprise in France and Europe. In 2013, it has developed inclusion activities through the integration of nine associations from the city of Abbeville, gathered in the group TAA Services, which hires 170 full-time equivalent employees. In the current context of financial constraints, Groupe SOS is looking for precise recommendations in order to develop a structured path for integrated employees
