Hunger Zero, ending with hunger in the world – By Bruno Parmentier[Reading report] by Hélène Loustau

2015-04-05

The author is part of the Alternative Management third year specialization program, at HEC Paris.

This book describes the state of hunger in the world, its stakes and its possible solutions. From a holistic perspective, the author sets out the issues to feed humanity at the beginning of the 21st century. While overcrowding and global warming are real issues, hunger is in fact a human creation, as will be its eradication
