Du contre-pouvoir - by Miguel Benasayag, Diego Sztulwark[Reading report] by Gwenaël Gaigeard

2008-04-01

The author was part of the "Alternative Management" third year program in HEC Paris in 2006/2007

The authors try to pass past former utopian models and former anti-authority idols in order to design the new face of radicality. « Du contre-pouvoir » delivers a realistic and constructive speech about protesting, which contrasts with the approach of other alternative books. From concepts to social phenomenons, the authors have a look to reality through a come back to the basics. This book synthetizes strategies and practical means of actions of new protesting movements emerging after the fall of Berlin's wall and the end of state communism, in order to show their relative coherence and to support their credibility.
