Laure Coussirat-Coustère, diplômée d'HEC en 1998, entre à l'Adie en 1999 et y a effectué jusqu'ici tout son parcours en partant d'une expérience sur le terrain, en Seine-Saint-Denis auprès des chômeurs créateurs d'entreprise, et en évoluant dans la structure. Elle est aujourd'hui directrice développement du crédit, en charge de construire l'offre de services financiers et de définir les process de travail du pôle crédit.
