Laure Coussirat-Coustère, diplômée d'HEC en 1998, entre à l'Adie en 1999 et y a effectué jusqu'ici tout son parcours en partant d'une expérience sur le terrain, en Seine-Saint-Denis auprès des chômeurs créateurs d'entreprise, et en évoluant dans la structure. Elle est aujourd'hui directrice développement du crédit, en charge de construire l'offre de services financiers et de définir les process de travail du pôle crédit.

Through a presentation of ADIE (French acronym for Association the Right to Economic Initiatives) and of Laure Coussirat-Coustère's experience within this structure, the following is a presentation of the micro-finance sector in France: lending conditions, borrowers' profiles, projects, professional opportunities...
