2016-01-19

The author was part of the Alternative Management third year specialization program, at HEC Paris, in 2013-2014

Based on a qualitative study of the TV Series The Office, this research work offers an analysis of the relations between work and non-work. Precisely, it places non work at the core of the research, so as to better understand its essential role in the construction of collective and individual identities, as well as better apprehend management and its pitfalls
