Encouraging the development of OuiShare local communities[Operational Project] by Tanguy Auffret, Pierre Chevelle et Clara Fourquier

2015-04-28

The authors are part of the Alternative Management third year specialization program at HEC Paris

Since its creation in 2011, the OuiShare community has grown extremely fast and experiments today what could be considered as a growth-crisis. Indeed, the founding Parisian community is very mature compared to OuiShare’s other European local communities, much more embryonic. In this context, this operational project aims at fostering OuiShare’s local communities’ development around a main question: how to structure a horizontal and collaborative movement?
