Imense : Imagination and entrepreneurship to serve [Proceedings] by Hugues Darodes de Tailly and Benoît Perier

2014-12-10

Hugues Darodes de Tailly and Benoît Perier are the owners of Imense, which gathers the following companies: Bergams, Prêt à recevoir, Sylogis and Takengo. Imense was created with the purpose of making a new - more human - kind of company possible.

Hugues Darodes de Tailly and Benoît Perier, two humanist and humble dreamers, became partners and friends. Their motto: whatever we will do, only what we live matters; whatever goods and services are produced by the companies we support, these companies have to be a place for personal development and an opportunity to reveal talents for every person who works there. Every employee should be in the office the same person as the one he/she is at home. Hugues and Benoît attach a high importance to the unity of life and they believe in a company where employees have fun, because they have found out what they are gifted for. Trust, kindness, requirements: another way of life in business, that Hugues and Benoît hope to see appropriated and concretely translated by their employees
