The authors are part of the Alternative Management third year specialization program, in HEC.

The purpose of this implantation kit is highly strategic for La Ruche, who wishes to expand in the French territory and abroad: it is dedicated to draw the operational landmarks of a successful implantation, to help the brand master its image and to develop the structure, in order to make it become one major actor of Social Economy.
