Rela Garfein, Garance Rey and Elsa Walwer are part of the "Alternative Management" third year specialization program in HEC Paris.

The current economic crisis weakens insertion structures from the third sector, such as the Restos du Coeur. This report, which is the outcome of a partnership between the Restos du Coeur and HEC Alternative Management Program, offers, on the basis of interviews and document analyses, economic models and recommendations, so that the Restos du Coeur reach a financial equilibrium.
