Rémi Vallet graduated from HEC in 1998. He then worked as a free-lance journalist for various websites and newspapers, before getting communication responsibilities for the French NGO Médecins Sans Frontières. Since 2009, he works as the communications manager for the French company Nutriset.

Rémi Vallet works as a communications manager at Nutriset. Founded in 1986, Nutriset develops solutions to treat people who suffer from malnutrition in developing countries. Nutriset is known among specialists for its product named “Plumpy'Nut®”. The product has been supported by the World Health Organiszation and, since 2009, more than two hundred fifty thousand children have been treated with “Plumpy'Nut®”.
