Vivien Heim is part of the "Alternative Management" third year specialization program in HEC Paris.

Repensez l’Etat, as many post-crisis books, questions the role and the efficiency of the French State faced with contemporary challenges. Using benchmarking, the authors highlight the progress that will be required in the coming years. Indeed, regarding economic, social and ecologic global issues, the country seems to be relatively less prepared than its European neighbors. Aghion and Roulet give what could be an ambitious political agenda. The latter is focused on the promotion of an innovative society by a State that is at the same time entrepreneur, protector and essential support to the forming of new ideas that are the only way towards prosperous future.
