Guibert del Marmol was the guest speaker of the september 24, 2007 workshop. He holds a degree in business and financial sciences and he has managed during 15 years various international enterprises in the service industry. Two years ago, he has founded « Cardel Sustainable Management », a firm specialised in sustainable management. He currently advises corporate managers and their boards on the definition and implementation of a responsible and sustainable management. Beyond his managerial experience, Guibert del Marmol has a strong experience in the interactions betweeen the mind and the body. It is via this skill that he trains corporate managers to the concept of inspired/inspiring management.

Due to a health problem, Guibert del Marmol is hospitalised. He then manages to reconstruct himself unsing techniques borrowed from oriental medicines. He then questions the meaning of his life and has the idea of extending his reflection to the corporate world, where he pursues a successful carreer. He sets-up his own firm in busines consulting and is increasingly sollicited. Why are corporations seeking another form of management? What are the problems faced by the managers in their daily life?How can they become real leaders?
